Feeling tired all the time isn't normal — it's a signal.
Human beings are incredibly resilient.
So much so that we sometimes get used to the unacceptable.
Like being tired. All the time.
Waking up feeling like you’ve just run a marathon in your sleep.
Running on coffee.
Answering “I’m fine” when deep down, everything is screaming “I’m not okay.”
And the worst part?
We joke about it.
“Yeah, I’m burnt out... but hey, who isn’t?”
It’s become the norm.
A strange side effect of our busy, disconnected modern lives.
But no. Exhaustion should never be a way of life.
Your body didn’t sign up for this.
That fatigue, that impatience, that brain fog...
They’re not flaws. They’re not overreactions.
They’re signals.
Warnings.
Unmet needs. Crossed boundaries.
And if we don’t listen early enough, they always find another way to speak.
Often… less gently.
✨ So what if you paused — just for a moment — and got honest with yourself?
Ask yourself this week:
What are you saying “yes” to… when you actually want to say “no”?
One more request?
An overloaded schedule?
Unrealistic expectations for yourself?
You have the right to say no.
The right to slow down.
The right to listen to what you need.
Because you deserve more than survival mode.
And if you ever need a reminder, we’ll be here.
Every Thursday evening — in your inbox, or right here on the blog.
🌚 See you in the next article,
as we keep walking this path — one small step at a time.
